The platform summarizes conversations, surfaces key topics, flags issues, and identifies trends and anomalies, enabling stakeholders to monitor production chatbot performance.- Built and deployed an agentic AI system that integrates into CI/CD pipelines and is capable of continuous monitoring of production chatbot deployments. It executes end-to-end tests by autonomously interacting with the target chatbot via its browser UI and raises alerts when performance regressions are detected.- Formalized a scenario-based testing approach for automated regression testing of probabilistic AI systems.- Led the technical direction of an AI-based admissions pre-screening project, defining the architecture, developing the prototype, and guiding the team through testing and optimization.
